Your government thinks you’re dumb.

Do you ever get the feeling that those in power don’t have a lot of respect for you—that maybe they think you’re kind of dumb?

Perhaps I’m just getting older and my B.S. detector has become super fine-tuned, or maybe it’s because every day of this election seems to bring more outlandish news than the last, but it sure does seem like politicians, journalists—heck even the President of the United States—think that most of us are just totally stupid.

Honestly? Maybe they’re right.

We certainly haven’t done a very good job as a society of holding government accountable for all of its dastardly deeds.

I mean, every decade or so, they declassify something wild—basically admitting, “Oh yeah, by the way… those conspiracy theorists? They were right,” and for the most part, people just kind of shrug and say, “Wow. Crazy.” and then go back to mindlessly scrolling or arguing with strangers online.

The worst part is that even when the government straight-up admits that they did things that read more like spy novels than real life, a shocking majority of people feverishly adopt and defend whatever state-sponsored narrative drops next.

No wonder they think they can keep getting away with it!

How many people do you think know about the Gulf of Tonkin incident? It was sold as the act of aggression that justified the Vietnam War, but years later we found out it was a total fabrication.

Thousands of soldiers were sent off to die in the jungle because of a lie.

Or how about MKUltra? That one sounds like the plot of a bad sci-fi movie, but it really happened!

Our government actually ran LSD-fueled mind-control experiments on its own citizens without their knowledge or consent, and most people have no idea.

Operation Northwoods was a plan cooked up at the highest levels of the Pentagon to stage attacks on American soil—against American civilians!—just to justify military action in Cuba. It never went forward, thank goodness, but the fact that it was even proposed is pretty telling.

And if you want to get really crazy, you might notice that President Kennedy was horrified that his top brass would suggest something so evil and basically kicked them all out of his office.

Eight months later, he was dead.

Crazy.

Last year, Tucker Carlson ran a prime time story where a CIA source confirmed that the United States government killed the sitting president.
Instead of being the earth-shaking bombshell it should have been, nothing really came of it.

Why? Well, because no one was really surprised.

Of course the next “bombshell revelation” is just around the corner. It always is. And if history has taught us anything, it’s this: the government lies.

This is why it’s so important that we teach our kids to think critically—because if they can’t, they’ll end up falling for the next big thing.

And you can be certain that the next big thing is coming.

Last year, we wrote The Tuttle Twins Guide to True Conspiracies to help kids understand this pattern. It covers real, documented conspiracies that were once dismissed as “crazy theories,” only to be later proven true.

If there’s one thing we can do to break the cycle of people blindly believing whatever the media talking heads and CIA-payrolled celebrities say, it’s to teach our kids to think critically and question everything.

This is why I love True Conspiracies. It takes these real, historical events—things like MKUltra and Project Mockingbird—and helps kids connect the dots.

The goal isn’t to make them paranoid or afraid, it’s to give them the tools to recognize patterns, question official stories, and not be fooled.

Because if we don’t teach our kids how to think for themselves, someone else will gladly do it for them—and they’ll definitely have an agenda.

But kids who know how to ask good questions and see through the lies?

They’ll thrive in a world where truth is often purposely obscured.

Check out The Tuttle Twins Guide to True Conspiracies today. There’s even a sample chapter you can read for free!

The more kids (and their parents!) learn these lessons now, the better their chance at living a life that is truly free—even as the forces of darkness and deceit seem to be swirling all around.

Nothing else matters if we aren’t free.

It’s why I’ve dedicated a decade of my life to helping families learn the principles that are historically proven to lead to the most peace, prosperity, and human flourishing.

Parents like you, using the tools and resources we’ve created, are changing the way the rising generation will engage with the powerful people and institutions that have always sought to manipulate and control others.

And guys, I believe that we’re winning.
