The media is abandoning Biden. Buckle up!

Have you seen the footage out of DC this week? Yeesh.

The NATO summit provided a front-row seat to some pretty cringey moments. But if you ask me, one of the biggest takeaways is this:

I don’t think the media is running cover for Biden anymore.

Of course this begs the question of why, but that’s for another email.

President Biden’s gaffes—like mistakenly introducing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as “President Putin” and then turning around and calling Kamala Harris “Vice President Trump”—have sparked a wave of concerns and criticism about his mental fitness and the stability of current leadership.

And while some European leaders tried to be diplomatic, their reassurances fell flat against the blunt assessments by the media.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz downplayed the incident by saying, “Slips of tongue happen,” while French President Emmanuel Macron and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof echoed similar sentiments.

But headlines like “Biden looks finished” from Britain’s Daily Telegraph and “An old man flexing his political muscles does not come across as powerful…This president is not fit for a second term,” from Switzerland’s Neue Zuercher Zeitung, painted a much starker (and more truthful) picture.

I almost feel bad for the guy.

Honestly? Shame on his family for allowing this to continue.

All I know for sure is that we’re in for a lot of shakeups between now and November.

As the political landscape becomes even more turbulent, our kids are likely to hear more about politics than they’re probably used to. It can be confusing and sometimes even scary for them, but it’s also a great opportunity for us to guide and educate them.

In times like these, where uncertainty seems to be the only constant, the role of families becomes even more critical.

It’s our job as parents and grandparents to provide a stable foundation—to educate, and to prepare our kids for the world they’re inheriting.

We don’t want you to have to go at it alone.

Our books teach important concepts that just aren’t taught in schools. For example, The Tuttle Twins and the Creature from Jekyll Island teaches kids about sound money and the dangers of inflation. In The Tuttle Twins Learn About the Law, we cover the importance of self-reliance, the nature of our rights, and the proper and limited role of government in protecting those rights. The Tuttle Twins and the Search for Atlas introduces the concept of delayed gratification and the benefits of working hard for long-term rewards.

But our commitment to family education goes beyond just books. We’ve developed a bunch of resources to help parents talk to their kids about the things happening in the world right now.

These tools can be instantly downloaded for quick reference when the time feels right to talk to your kids:

Subtle Ways Your Kids Are Being Taught To Embrace Socialism – This guide helps you identify and counteract the subtle messages that schools and media might be sending your kids.

13 Questions to Help Level Up Your Family Dinner Conversations – Make dinner time meaningful with these conversation starters that encourage critical thinking and deeper understanding.

10 Tips for Raising an Entrepreneur – Instill an entrepreneurial spirit in your kids with practical tips and inspirational advice.

Tuttle Rebuttals: 40 Responses to Popular Political and Economic Myths – Equip yourself and your kids with facts and logic to counter common myths.

15 Questions to Help Children Develop Critical Thinking – Encourage your children to think independently and question the “official” narrative.

These resources are super inexpensive (most of them are only a few bucks!) because we believe that every family should have access to quality educational materials without breaking the bank.

With all the uncertainty in the world, it’s more important than ever to build a strong, informed, and resilient family. After all, the lessons we teach our kids today will equip them to handle the challenges of tomorrow with wisdom and clarity.

I’m confident that together we can make a difference in the rising generation and, ultimately, in the world they will lead.

Thanks for letting us help!
