Packages are usually processed by our warehouse in 3-5 business days, and our shipping partners offers a window of 5-7 business once the package is transferred to them. This creates a shipping window of 8-10 business days from when your order is placed. We cannot control delays caused by weather or shipping partner complications but we do our best to package your products in a timely manner.
The links to your digital files are included in your order confirmation email sent after purchase. They appear as blue hyperlinks that you can click on to download those files.
Here are some helpful hints we have for people as they are working with the downloads. I hope these can help!
Tips that may work well to retrieve the files. All computers have different settings, so we have a few suggestions.
When you click on the link it will download the file to your computer rather than opening it up on a new window. If you are having a hard time finding it try going to your computer’s “settings” and then “downloads” and you should find the file(s) there. Sometimes it is helpful to copy/paste the link in your browser.
Open the link using a different browser.
Take the email to your local printshop and ask them to print the files for you.
Save the link onto a USB drive and open it on a different computer.
For downloading your audio files to iTunes:

Our books lean towards our Libertarian roots. These books do have a conservative perspective on personal freedom, free markets, property rights, limited government, etc.
Each of our children’s books is based on an original book or essay—we take classic content and turn it into something accessible for a child.
The first book we did is based on The Law, an essay written in 1850 by a French economist named Frédéric Bastiat. In this essay, Bastiat argues that God is the source of our rights. (A popular opinion at the time, of course.) As such, our book explains the same thing, since we stick with what the original author talked about.
Not all families agree with this, of course—so the secular families reading our books simply take the opportunity to explain that while this is a popular perspective, it’s not one that they share. And that’s fine!
But this is the only book in the children’s series that contains any religious reference; the remaining books—see the list here—have no religious content of any kind.
