Happy 90th, Dr. Paul 🎉

Happy 90th, Dr. Paul 🎉

I still remember the first time I saw Ron Paul in a presidential debate.

There he was, surrounded by polished, poll-tested, professional politicians, calmly telling America that our foreign policy was making us less safe. That endless wars provoke attacks like 9/11. That maybe… just maybe… we should treat other nations the way we want to be treated.

The crowd booed. The pundits mocked him.

And yet millions of minds snapped awake in that moment—including mine.

Over the weekend, Ron hosted a 90th birthday bash, and I was lucky enough to get to attend.

As I listened to him speak, I couldn’t help but think about how many people, all over the world, have had their lives changed because of his willingness to stand up and speak the truth, no matter the cost.

One of my favorite of his books, A Foreign Policy of Freedom, is what inspired us to write The Tuttle Twins and the Golden Rule. The idea is simple: apply the same moral code to nations that we expect from our kids. Don’t hit. Don’t steal. Don’t start fights. Solve problems peacefully.

That principle has been at the heart of Dr. Paul’s entire career—and it’s something our kids desperately need to understand in today’s world.

Of course he isn’t just all peace and goodwill. I mean, is there a more outspoken hater of the Federal Reserve than Dr Paul?

I can’t think of one.

Naturally, we’ve got a book about that, too.

Everything we do at the Tuttle Twins is in the vein of carrying forward the work that Ron has spent his life teaching and promoting: helping young people think for themselves, question bad ideas, and embrace the timeless principles of peace, prosperity, and liberty.

Our Back to School Sale is still going, but not for much longer.

I’m still coming off the high from a great weekend spent with some of my favorite people.

Tomorrow it’s back to business, but today I’m going to enjoy looking back on all we’ve done over the last decade of Tuttle Twins. I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished.I’m hopeful for the future, and I think you should be too.

So here’s to 90 years of the great Ron Pau!

And here’s to raising the next generation of liberty-lovers who will carry his torch.
