Logan Phillips is an ardent patriot, leader development expert, and #1 best-selling author dedicated to helping others reach their fullest potential.

With nearly two decades as a career Army officer and decorated combat veteran, Logan has consistently developed the next generation of leaders, earning accolades such as the Bronze Star Medal and the 2021 Teaching Excellence Award for West Point. His mission extends beyond the military, helping organizations and industry leaders learn from their stories to achieve success.

As a podcast host and motivational speaker, Logan has helped thousands use their gifts to better the world. Outside his professional life, Logan serves his community by coaching youth sports, celebrating a vibrant church life, and leading various non-profits.

  • Career Army Officer: Almost two decades of service in numerous leadership roles, including Basic Training Commander, Nuclear Scientist, and Airborne Platoon Leader.
  • Assistant Professor at West Point: Taught Physics and Nuclear Engineering, earning Master Teacher certification and recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award for 2021.
  • Author: #1 best-selling author of “Number Your Stories and Lead Like a Legend” and the acclaimed children’s book “I Love You More.”
  • Leader Development: Host of The Number Your Stories Podcast and motivational speaker. Notable appearances include Raytheon Voice of the Warfighter, the Military Influencer Conference, and VetTV’s Tactical Treasures Podcast.
  • Education: M.S. in Applied Physics & Electrical Engineering, Yale University (2018); B.S. in Physics, Unites States Military Academy (2009)
