About Mrs. Kimball:

Katie Kimball is the voice of healthy kids cooking, working to restore the health of our young generation one kitchen at a time. She’s a cookbook author, Certified Stress Mastery Educator, two-time TEDx speaker, and regular TV contributor who has shared her journey to real food and natural living since 2009 at Kitchen Stewardship, a blog that helps families stay healthy without going crazy.

Along with her 4 children, she created the Kids Cook Real Food eCourse to help other parents teach their kids to cook, build family connection in the kitchen, and supercharge kids’ confidence and creativity. In 2020 the Wall Street Journal recommended Kids Cook Real Food as the best online cooking class for kids.

Professional Experience:

  • “Mrs. Kimball” is an accidental entrepreneur who has grown a 6-figure business and incubated another entre-business with her husband. In 15 years working online, Katie has become an expert at mitigating business risk and making decisions at “medium speed” while exploding her impact.
  • She manages multiple websites, YouTube channels, and social media profiles, creating content regularly across all of them.
  • Katie has interviewed over 200 experts and hosts the Healthy Parenting Handbook podcast, runs the Kids Eat Real Food Picky Eating Playbook membership for parents, and sells online courses to teach kids to cook.
  • She also founded the annual #LifeSkillsNow summer camp, a virtual program that has hosted over 50,000 families and 100+ expert teachers in its first 2 years and is always growing.
  • On the side, Katie coaches TEDx speakers to help them clarify and powerfully present their message on stage.
  • She manages a small team of work-at-home moms and a busy household, and she brings all that experience (and a degree in English and Elementary Education) to the Tuttle Twins Academy to teach about entrepreneurship.
