Jack Woerner

About Jack:

Jack is a former high school economics, civics, and personal finance teacher. He graduated from college with a Political Science degree in Education. His initial goal was to become a teacher and work his way up into leadership to change education from within, though he realized early on that this goal would be difficult to accomplish in the current system.

After six years, Jack experienced burnout and quit teaching in 2021 during the COVID-19 Pandemic. However, teaching personal finance exposed him to a field he fell in love with, and he wanted to share this passion with others.

Since 2021, Jack has been consulting and coaching on all aspects of financial literacy. From one-on-one money coaching sessions to consulting on financial education projects, he aims to be involved in everything that helps advance financial literacy.

Jack lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, where he has spent most of his life. He loves everything outdoors, enjoys reading, and plays chess, although he admits he is still not very good at it.
