Instead of the fastest runner winning, the winner is decided by a combination of factors that weigh everyone’s “disadvantages” and apply those to help determine who the “rightful” winner should be.

They learn that true success is earned through hard work, talent development, and the courage to excel—qualities that simply aren’t promoted today, but that are vital if we want to prepare the rising generation for success in the real world.
